While the world of old whisky dictates that Scottish whisky should be enjoyed neat with an ice cube or drop of water, we set out to create a different approach altogether.

Our selected serves have been crafted with flavour at the forefront to fit with the mindset of progressive, experimental drinkers by choosing modifiers to accentuate the finely honed taste in each blend, coming together in a range of New (Old) Fashioned serves.

Hazelnut Harmony

Nutty New Fashioned

INGREDIENTS
50ml - Hazelnut Harmony
1 Demerara sugar cube
3 Dash walnut bitters
1 Whole walnut or orange peel (Garnish)

STEPS
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add a splash of warm water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

Fill the glass with a large ice cube, add the whisky, and gently stir to combine.

Place the walnut on top of the ice cube, or drop the orange peel in.

Orchard Outburst

Citrus New Fashioned

INGREDIENTS
50ml - Orchard Outburst
1 Demerara sugar cube
2 Dash orange bitters
1 Lime or Orange Twist (Garnish)

STEPS
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add a splash of warm water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

Fill the glass with a large ice cube, add the whisky, and gently stir to combine.

Express the oil of your chosen garnish peel over the glass, then drop in.

Smoke Symphony

Berry New Fashioned

INGREDIENTS
50ml - Smoke Symphony
1 Demerara sugar cube
1 Tsp of warm water
2 Dash cranberry bitters
1 Mint leaf or orange peel (Garnish)

STEPS
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add a splash of warm water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

Fill the glass with a large ice cube, add the whisky, and gently stir to combine.

Place your choice of mint leaf or orange peel on top of the ice cube.
